Packages are usually shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
They are shipped via Colissimo or Mondial Relay with a tracking number.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you group all your items into one order.
We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Return
You can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are made at your expense.
We will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the item (shipping costs are never reimbursed).
If you want to get another size / color, you will need to place a new order.
All returned items will be subject to inspection. They must be new, unused and in their original condition. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be taken back and will be returned to you.
